Flowing Reflections™ is a method that helps you begin and deepen your therapeutic writing using three principles:

Touching difficult emotions gently while nurturing what feels good, staying grounded and avoiding overwhelm as healing unfolds gradually.

What You’ll Receive

12 downloadable video lectures to support your writing journey over the course of three months. While one per week is ideal, you’re welcome to move at your own pace and follow the rhythm that suits you best.

The average video length is 10 minutes, and the total course duration is 2 hours and 4 minutes.

After the introductory video, you’ll learn how to apply the three principles of the Flowing Reflections™ method, followed by eight video lectures exploring the themes of self-respect, boundaries, support, needs, trauma dynamics, empathy, trust and wholeness.

Each video lecture includes guidance for therapeutic writing, so you’ll be supported throughout the entire process. The content is drawn from my decades-long therapeutic practice and offers original perspectives that are thoughtful, personal, and likely different from anything you’ve encountered before.
